Pt. Au Baril Island

This is a stunning and much storied island in the Pointe au Baril area of Georgian Bay.
With safe, deep water access from the mainland marinas, and just moments from the Ojibway Club, it was one of the first islands to be settled in the early days of cottageing in the area.
The 4.4 acre island is smooth flat granite, natural stone pathways leading through lush forests to magnificent views to the open, several protected harbours and wonderful swimming.
The island features a two bedroom main cottage, two bedroom guest cottage, a one bedroom sleeping cabin, a two slip boathouse with large deck and docking and a utility building.
All of the structures on the island are clad in cedar shingle and interiors are finished in pine. The main cottage has a metal roof, other buildings cedar shingle.
The island is entirely off the grid supported by a state of the art solar system sufficient for all of the island's requirements.
